I hate writing about myself. Especially in today’s tech climate, it can be risky putting too much information about yourself online. I’ll flesh this section out a bit when I run out of other things to work on.

Programming

I’m an old grognard of a programmer with over 25 years of web experience. I still remember when the imagge tag was added to html.

I do a little freelance work now and then if the project is interesting. I had a lot of fun putting this blog together and when I get a chance, I’ll write up the process.

Currently I work for a large Government contractor doing both federal and state projects.

Gaming

I’m also an avid gamer, both computer games and board games. My computer gaming, however, is limited to gaming on a mac which can be frustrating at best. I don’t like the idea of putting windows on my macs so I have a restricted choice of computer games. Steam is a big help with this and the best online game usually have a mac version even if it’s really just a wine wrapper. Unfortunately, those don’t really perform up to the windows standards.
